The PayPay Whistleblowing Channel offers employees and stakeholders a secure and confidential way to report internal violations, in compliance with the requirements of Law No Lei n.º 93/2021, de 20 de dezembro.
The channel allows reports to be submitted either anonymously or with identification. The whistleblower's identity is protected and disclosed only when legally required or by court decision. Whistleblowers who meet the legal requirements are entitled to the protections the law provides.
Reports can be submitted through four channels:

Web Platform - Reports can be made online through the website paypay.portaldedenuncias.pt.

Postal Mail - By mail, using the appropriate form (available in PayPay’s internal directory) and addressed to the Compliance Department, Estrada Regional 104, No. 42-A, 9350-203 Ribeira Brava.

Phone - Via phone call to the number 275248432, using the code "0003" for the "PayPay" entity. The call is recorded and anonymity is ensured, but alternative methods are available if the whistleblower prefers not to use the phone.

In-Person - By scheduling a meeting in advance through the specific form, sent to the same address designated for postal submissions.
